The PA has recently engaged with several IP attaché’s to hear about the work they are doing in their regions.  DIT now has an International IP Service and this provides UK businesses that are planning to trade overseas with easy to access information on managing IP internationally.  This covers general guidance on the various routes for gaining protection of IPR outside of the UK; and country guides, that provide insight into the specific country situation.
